Public meeting scheduled for WIS 28/County EE intersection design in Sheboygan County

​Meeting to discuss improvement alternatives, roundabout

(Sheboygan County) The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region announces a public involvement meeting to discuss design alternatives for the WIS 28 and County Road EE intersection in Sheboygan County. The meeting will be held Thursday, April 6, 2017, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Sheboygan Falls City Hall Council Chambers, 375 Buffalo Street in Sheboygan Falls. A brief presentation is scheduled for 5:15 p.m., with the reminder of the meeting in an open-house format.

WisDOT looked at four alternatives to improve safety at the intersection and is proposing construction of a roundabout. Members of the public are encouraged to attend the meeting to review project displays and exhibits of the alternatives and proposed roundabout, and provide comment. WisDOT staff will be available to discuss the project on an individual basis and obtain public input.
