The Agent Partnership Unit is directly responsible for the daily support of the Automated Processing Partnership System (APPS), the Electronic Lien Title program (ELT), the DMV Internet based e-MV System and the Mandatory Display (MD) Program via phone/email, the "Plain Dealing" newsletter, and completing, correcting and/or auditing agent applications.

DLU
The Dealer Licensing Unit (DLU) is directly responsible for creating and implementing requests for business and dealer licensing (retail, salvage, wholesaler, etc.) and consumer complaints. DLU also handles inquires and requests related to consumer complaints, bonds, bond claims, motor vehicle sales licensing and Wisconsin’s Lemon Law.
