Human service vehicles transport persons with disabilities and the elderly. Not all vehicles that transport the elderly or persons with disabilities are human service vehicles. Only those that receive some form of transportation assistance grants issued by WisDOT are human service vehicles. These vehicles undergo annual inspections by the State Patrol.
