Public meeting set for proposed improvements along I-43 in Milwaukee County

Open house to discuss design plans

(Milwaukee County) The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is hosting a public involvement meeting to discuss proposed improvements along I-43, between Capitol Drive and Hampton Avenue, in Milwaukee County. The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2019, 5-7 p.m., David Hobbs Honda for the People Community Room, 2200 West Bender Road, Glendale, Wis.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend the meeting to review proposed project details, ask questions and provide comments that may assist WisDOT during the project’s design. WisDOT staff will be available to discuss the project on an individual basis. Information covering the future modernization of I-43, from Silver Spring Drive to WIS 60, will not be available at this meeting.
