The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) will host a public involvement meeting to share details on the WIS 31 (Green Bay Road) Reconstruction Project in Racine County. The proposed project would reconstruct approximately 1.5 miles of WIS 31 from WIS 11 (Durand Avenue) to WIS 20 (Washington Road). Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting and provide their input. The meeting will be held in an open-house format with maps and other materials on display. WisDOT representatives will be available to discuss the project on an individual basis.
The meeting facility is wheelchair accessible. Those who would like an interpreter present at the meeting or another accommodation can contact the WisDOT project representative listed below three business days prior to the meeting. Deaf or hard of hearing persons can utilize the Wisconsin Telecommunication Relay System (dial 711) to contact the project representative.
