WisDOT public involvement plans and activities are designed to effectively involve the public early and often in the process so that the project decisions made are in the best overall interest. Good public involvement is integral to good transportation planning and decision-making. The public includes individuals or organizations, groups, municipalities and businesses.

I-41 Public Hearing
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) held a public hearing for the I-41 Project from WIS 96 (Wisconsin Avenue) in Appleton to County F (Scheuring Road) in De Pere. There were three opportunities to attend the public hearing — one held virtually online and two in-person.
