Location
US 10 from Dexter Street in Prescott east to just west of the US 10-US 63 intersection west of Ellsworth in Pierce County.
Overview
This project aims to extend the life of US 10, which is showing signs of deterioration, by:
- Resurfacing US 10.
- Replacing culverts at Spring Creek on US 10 just west the 760th Street and 730th Street intersections west of Ellsworth.
- Replacing the existing box culverts on US 10 with bridges just east of 1040th Street and west of Cross Town Road.
- Replacing guardrail along the entire length of the project.

Real Estate
- The project will require real estate acquisition and temporary easements for the replacement of the Spring Creek box culverts.
Schedule
Construction currently is scheduled for 2024.
Traffic Impacts
- During resurfacing, US 10 will remain open to traffic, with the work completed with single-lane closures.
- During construction on bridges and culverts, US 10 will be closed to through traffic.
- Detour: WIS 29 and WIS 65.
