​Environmental Assessment (EA)

The Environmental Assessment was completed in August 2021 with a Finding of No Significant​ Impact (FONSI).

The EA document can be found below and includes detailed information on the project purpose and need, the alternatives that were considered to address the corridor needs, and why Alternative H was identified as the preferred alternative for the corridor.
