Project location

WIS 33 (Mulberry Street to County T), Baraboo and West Baraboo - Sauk County

Project overview

The project will replace deteriorating pavement on WIS 33 and improve safety by converting the existing 4-lane undivided highway to two lanes with a two way left turn lane (TWLTL).

Additional improvements include:

• Storm sewer, water​ ​main, sanitary sewer, and curb ramp improvements
• Street lighting and traffic signal work
• Draper Street and Broadway are being evaluated for multiple intersection alternatives
