New Madison Southwest DMV opens Monday, June 17

The last day at Madison West DMV Service Center, 8417 Excelsior Drive, is Thursday, June 13 as it will move on Friday to its new location, 2344 South Park St., and become Madison Southwest DMV.
The new location is just blocks off the Madison Beltline (US 12/18). It will allow for easier access and visibility off the Beltline in the building marked “The Hub.”
The new Madison Southwest DMV on South Park St. also offers greater access to public transportation. It is within blocks of the Madison Metro South Transfer Point and conveniently on the new North/South route of the BRT.
Madison West DMV, 8417 Excelsior Drive, will close for business at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday, June 13 to facilitate the move and reopen as the new Madison Southwest DMV at the South Park Street location at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 17. DMV customers who need services on Friday, June 14 are welcome to use DMV online services, wisconsindmv.gov, visit Madison East DMV at 2001 Bartillon Drive or find other nearby DMV Service Centers at wisconsidmv.gov/centers.
