Versiti
license plate
Versiti is a not-for-profit with a mission to improve patient outcomes; to advance the field of personalized medicine; and to strengthen the health of communities everywhere through an integration of donation, scientific innovation, medicine, and service in ways that no other blood health organization can match. The Versiti plate is available to anyone for an issuance fee of $15.
Personalizing your Versiti license plate is optional. Visit
personalized plate search to find out if your choice for a personalized license plate is available. WisDOT may refuse to issue, or recall after issuance, a request that may be offensive to good taste or decency, misleading, or conflicts with any other license plate. Please allow an additional 4 weeks for delivery of a personalized plate.
DMV Service Centers do
