Award & execution/addenda/plan availability/review-shorten contract execution timeframes

This project is to analyze the time from award thru execution and identify ways to speed up the process.
Data has been pulled but needs to be verified, there are some data holes within the contract log that need to be ironed out.
DOA has left it up to the individual state agencies to determine the best policies and procedures that best fit their situation to have documents signed electronically.
WisDOT Leadership Development Team to start investigation - Their effort to be completed by March 2015. Department wide effort after this has been completed
