Lift Bridge Aids (LBA) reimburses the cities of Milwaukee, Racine, Green Bay, Manitowoc, and Menasha for costs associated with the operation of 10 lift bridges which meet the program eligibility requirements as laid out in Wis. Stats. 86.32 (2)(a).
