Access SHAPES account

How do I sign-in to SHAPES?

To access the SHAPES (State Highway Access and Permitting Electronic System) portal, follow the steps below:

Open the SHAPES Portal

• Launch a supported web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge.

• In the address bar, type the SHAPES Public portal URL: https://shapes.dot-apps.wisconsin.gov/ 

Click on Sign In

• On the homepage, locate and click the Sign In button under Access Your Account.
  
• You will be redirected to the secure MyWisconsin ID login screen.
  

Note: If you do not have a MyWisconsin ID, you must register for one before signing in.

Once registered, return to the SHAPES portal and continue with the login steps.

Enter Your Credentials

• On the login page, log-in using your MyWisconsin ID (Email and password).
• Click Sign In to proceed.
  

Confirm Your Details (First-Time Login Only)

• If you're logging in for the first time, the system will display your First Name, Last Name and email.
• Review the details and click Confirm and Proceed.
  
• After login, you will be redirected to the Account Setup page.
