The project is on WIS 13 at the Little Black River Bridge south of Medford in Taylor County
Overview
The bridge deck is showing signs of deterioration. To address this, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation is proposing to:
- Replace the bridge deck
- Add concrete approach slabs
- Complete approach work
- Upgrade guardrail
- Add pavement marking
Schedule
- Construction currently is scheduled for 2026.
Traffic Impacts
WIS 13 will be closed and detoured during construction.
- Access to properties in the work zone will be maintained during construction.
