The USH 18/151 project involves a number of municipalities and to make sure that we are not in violation of any conflicts of interest and specifically this excerpt from the FDM 8-5-3.4 line 5:
Consultants under retainer to act as the municipal engineer may not compete for WisDOT related contracts that impact the municipality. See FDM 8-5-55 for additional conflict of interest rules pertaining to consultants in management roles.
WisDOT is asking any consultant interested in this solicitation, prime or subconsultant, that are working with a municipality within the corridor limits and in any way may have a conflict, to reach out to DOT BPD Consultant Services Section so that WisDOT may provide a determination on each case.
