Public meeting for County T bridges over the Wisconsin River, Grant and Richland counties

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is conducting a public involvement meeting to discuss improvement on County T bridges over the Wisconsin River between Port Andrew and Blue River in Grant and Richland counties.

The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 24, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a short presentation at 5:30 p.m., at the Blue River Community Building, 201 Clinton Street, Blue River. The objective of this meeting is to familiarize the public with the purpose and need for the project and to obtain input on the proposed improvements.

This project will replace two bridges over the Wisconsin River, additionally pavement approaches will be replaced, updated guardrail and pavement markings. During construction County T will be closed and detoured utilizing WIS 60, WIS 80 and WIS 133. Construction is anticipated for 2027.
