Notice of Intent (NOI) to Prepare a Limited Scope Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement: Fond du Lac and Sheboygan counties, Wisconsin

This document, published in the Federal Register on August 29, 2017, provides formal notice that WisDOT and FHWA will be completing a Limited Scope Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (LS SEIS) to review certain aspects of this project’s environmental documents. Please refer to the NOI for additional details.

"NEW" WIS 23 Limited Scope Supplemental Final Environmental Impact Statement and Record of Decision (LS SFEIS/ROD)

WisDOT and FHWA signed the below WIS 23 Limited Scope Supplemental Final Environmental Impact Statement and Record of Decision (LS SFEIS/ROD) on October 15, 2018. It incorporates public and agency input on the 2018 LS SDEIS (attached below) which reviewed and updated certain aspects of the existing environmental statements attached below (2014 LS SFEIS and 2010 FEIS). See 23 CFR s. 771.130(f) for more information.

A Notice of Availability (NOA) for the LS SFEIS/ROD was published in the Federal Register on October 26, 2018. There is no formal comment period for this combined final environmental impact statement and Record of Decision document.

2018 WIS 23 Limited Scope Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (LS SDEIS)

WisDOT and FHWA signed the below WIS 23 LS SDEIS on May 18, 2018. It reviews certain aspects of existing environmental impact statements (2010 and 2014 environmental statements attached below). See 23 CFR s. 771.130(f) for more information.

• LS SDEIS comments are accepted 60 days after publication of the LS SDEIS Notice of Availability in the Federal Register. The Notice of Availability was published in the Federal Register on June 1, 2018. Comment instructions can be found on the WIS 23 public involvement webpage. A public hearing for the WIS 23 LS SDEIS was held June 19, 2018.
