WIS 104 culverts (Emery Road culvert and Milbrandt Road culvert), Evansville - Green County
Project overview
The purpose of the project is to address the following needs for this section of WIS 104:
- Two deteriorated drainage structures are degrading beyond the extent of repair
- The beam guard on the drainage structures is substandard and in poor condition
The proposed improvements include the following:
- Two culverts will be replaced
- The guardrail will be replaced and upgraded to current standards
- The roadway approaches to the structures will be reconstructed
Schedule
- 2023 - Public Involvement
- Summer 2028 - Construction anticipated but advanceable to 2026 depending on funding availability
Traffic impacts/detours
WIS 104 will be closed and detoured utilizing WIS 92, US 14, and WIS 59.
