Project overview
The purpose of this project is to address the existing 4-lane concrete pavement, which is aged and deteriorated with spalled corners and joints. Additionally, the existing guardrail and curb ramps will be replaced to meet current safety standards.
Schedule
- 2028 - Construction anticipated
Traffic impacts/detours
WIS 16 will remain open to traffic during construction under single lane closures utilizing crossovers at both ends of the project. Temporary signals will be needed at the County M/WIS 16 intersection. Pedestrians will be handled with temporary pedestrian accommodations.
