Surplus land and property for sale or lease

Welcome to WisDOT's highway real estate land and property for sale or lease

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) will offer parcels of land and property for sale or lease that were acquired because of a highway project, but then no longer needed. The surplus land and property is offered for sale or lease to other public bodies as first step, and then to the general public. Surplus land parcels can sometimes include houses and buildings or other structures that are also offered for sale or lease.
