The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is conducting a public involvement meeting to discuss proposed improvements on WIS 23 from Dewy Avenue to Viking Drive in Reedsburg, Sauk County.
The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at Reedsburg City Hall and Municipal Court, 134 Locust Street, Reedsburg. The objective of this meeting is to familiarize the public with the purpose and need for the project and to obtain input on the proposed improvements.
The purpose of this project is to ensure the service life of the pavement and to improve the overall safety for motorists. Some proposed improvements include concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, base aggregate, sidewalk, storm sewer and traffic signals.
