The following Wisconsin locations had dealers whose wholesale dealer licenses were revoked in July-September 2025:
Arlington
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) revoked the wholesale dealer licenses of the following dealers, located at 101 Skyline Dr. #1, Arlington, for unlicensed motor vehicle sales:
- Apple Remarketing Services LLC
- Rydez Rite LLC
- Sami Car-Shop LLC
Also at the same Arlington facility, DMV revoked the motor vehicle dealer license of Fidelity Auto Group LLC for unlicensed motor vehicle sales and odometer fraud.
Due to the nature of these violations, the department took immediate action revoking their licenses effective July 15, 2025. The decision to revoke the licenses was upheld by a WisDOT hearing. The businesses did not appeal the decision and the revocations are final.
In addition, also at the 101 Skyline Dr. #1 location, Wisconsin DMV’s Dealer and Agent Section determined that each of the following dealers violated state law when they failed to maintain a licensed business facility:
- DC Auto Group LLC
- Diva Motors LLC
- Moneyset Auto Sales LLC
- Quick Stop Auto LLC
- Rodo Trader LLC
- US Car Auto Sales LLC
- 24K Autos LLC
The decision to revoke these licenses was affirmed by hearing examiner on Aug. 19, 2025. Following a 30-day appeal period, these revocations became final on Sept. 18, 2025.
Beaver Dam
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) revoked the wholesale dealer licenses of Autodent LLC and State Auto Deal LLC, both located at 1645 N. Spring St. #210, Beaver Dam. DMV’s Dealer and Agent Section determined that each dealer failed to maintain a dealer bond.
Wisconsin law requires wholesale dealers to carry a security bond which provides an added security measure for consumer protection.
Also at that location, the Wisconsin DMV revoked the motor vehicle dealer licenses of MC Auto Sales LLC for unlicensed motor vehicle sales and odometer fraud. Due to the nature of the violations, the department took immediate action revoking the licenses effective July 15, 2025. The decision to revoke the licenses was upheld by a WisDOT hearing. The business did not appeal the decision and the revocation is final.
In addition, Wisconsin DMV’s Dealer and Agent Section revoked the licenses for these dealers, also located at 1645 N. Spring St. #210, for failing to maintain a license business facility:

- AAP Import LLC
- Elite Auto Sales LLC
- Trap Carz LLC

Brown Deer
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) revoked the wholesale dealer license for KT Family Investments LLC, 4100 River Ln #104, Brown Deer, for failing to maintain a dealer bond. Wisconsin law requires wholesale dealers to carry a security bond which provides an added security measure for consumer protection.
The decision to revoke their license was affirmed by a hearing examiner on Aug. 19, 2025. Following a 30-day appeal period, this revocation became final on Sept. 18, 2025.
Elkhorn
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) revoked the wholesale dealer licenses of the following dealers located in Elkhorn for failing to properly follow administrative requirements. DMV’s Dealer and Agent Section determined that each of these dealers violated state law when they failed to maintain a dealer bond.
- Indiana Jon LLC, 27 S. Broad St.
- Kali Auto Sales Inc. 613 E. Geneva St.
And these dealers located at N5876 US Highway #12:
- Backend Auto LLC
- OK Cars Auto Sales Inc
- We Go Get It Sales LLC
- Allstate Enterprice LLC

Genoa City
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) revoked the wholesale dealer licenses of Latinos VZL Autos LLC and Xclusive Towing & Auto Sales LLC, both at 315 Sumner St., Genoa City, for unlicensed motor vehicle sales and odometer fraud.
Due to the nature of the violations, the department took immediate action revoking the license effective July 15, 2025. The decision to revoke the licenses was upheld by a WisDOT hearing. The businesses did not appeal the decision and the revocations are final.
Also at the same location, DMV revoked the wholesale dealer licenses of Auto Group Holding LLC and Puncho Auto Sales LLC for failing to properly follow administrative requirements. DMV’s Dealer and Agent Section determined that each of these dealers violated state law when they failed to maintain a dealer bond.
