WisDOT Project Management Fundamentals Training Series
This series addresses the need for project management instruction tailored specifically to WisDOT and its consultants. Developed by a statewide team of experienced WisDOT staff in response to staff and supervisor feedback, this series offers a sustainable, on-demand curriculum that combines foundational project management principles with WisDOT-specific tools, resources, and processes.
This self-paced, multi-module series provides a high-level overview of each phase of the transportation design project lifecycle—from initiating to closing the project. Each module connects key concepts to practical applications within WisDOT's project development framework. Consultants can also earn 9 PDH credits upon completion.
