Location
This project is located on US 12 at Wilson Creek east of the Dunn County village of Knapp.
Overview
Built in 1934, the bridge is nearing the end of its service life. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is proposing to:
- Replace the existing structure with new bridge
- Reconstruct 240 feet of roadway west of the bridge and 360 feet east of the structure
- Replace guardrail and pavement markings
Schedule
Construction currently is scheduled for 2028.
Traffic Impacts
During construction, US 12 will remain open to a single lane of traffic controlled by temporary traffic signals.
