Project includes two structures within the Mirror Lake corridor, three-lane mainline expansion, Diverging Diamond Interchange at US 12 and environmental protections.

  • Issue RFQ - October 7, 2026
  • Project Kickoff Meeting - October 8, 2026, 2:00 pm CST
  • Statement of Qualifications due date - November 19, 2026
  • Issue RFP - Late December, 2026
  • Pre-Proposal Conference - January 5, 2027
  • Technical Proposal due date - June 4, 2027
  • Cost Proposal due date - June 23, 2027
