Location
The intersection of WIS 35 and the south junction of County V is located north of Hudson in the St. Croix County town of St. Joseph.
Overview
The intersection has a high number of crashes. To address this and lessen the severity of crashes, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation is proposing:
- Building a three-leg, single-lane roundabout at the intersection
Real Estate
Real estate acquisition is anticipated for this project.
Schedule
Construction currently is scheduled for 2030.
Traffic Impacts
Traffic impacts during construction will be determined during the design process.
Public Involvement
WisDOT is holding a public involvement meeting to share information about the project and another that proposes building another roundabout at the intersection of WIS 64 and County T east of New Richmond. More on that project can be found here.
