Overview
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is proposing to resurface approximately 4.6 miles of WIS 167 from I-41 to Wasaukee Road in Washington County.
Proposed Improvements
- 3-inch mill & overlay of WIS 167 from I-41 to WIS 145
- 2 ½-inch mill & overlay of WIS 167 from WIS145 to Wasaukee Road.
- Replace traffic signals and implement intersection operational improvements at six intersections on WIS 167.
- Add or update existing pedestrian accommodations (sidewalks & curb ramps).
- Replace guardrail and perform maintenance at existing storm water culverts.
- Replace the crossing surface for one at-grade railroad crossing on WIS 167.
Traffic Impacts
Wasaukee road to complete work. Local access to destinations within the work zone will be maintained. All other traffic will follow the posted detour. Accommodations for pedestrians and bicyclists will be provided when possible.

Schedule
Construction is tentatively scheduled for 2029.
