Project overview
This modernization project is proposing to upgrade the intersection of WIS 11 and WIS 23 to a roundabout to improve safety and operations.
Schedule
- February 2023 - Virtual Public Involvement Meeting
- February 2023 - Preliminary Design, Environmental Document, and Plat
- 2023 to 2025 - Real Estate Acquisition Process
- August 2025 - Final Plan
- 2026 - Construction anticipated
Traffic impacts/detours
WIS 11 will remain open during construction with flagging operations anticipated. WIS 23 and County P will be closed during most of the construction staging with a detour route provided for WIS 23.
