WIS 81 (School Street to County Y), Cassville - Grant County

Project overview

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is developing preliminary plans for a resurfacing project on WIS 81. The 2.6-mile-long project is located in the Town and Village of Cassville, from the School Street intersection to County Y intersection.

Proposed improvements:

• Resurface existing pavement (mill and overlay)
• Upgrade existing guardrail end terminals

Traffic impacts/detours

The highway will remain open with flagging operations during construction.
