WisDOT anticipates the third PIM for the US 51 (Stoughton Road) North study to be held in early 2024.

Study location

The US 51 (Stoughton Road) North Study begins at the WIS 30 interchange in Madison and continues to I-39/90/94 in the town of Burke.

Study overview

The North Study will assess how best to accommodate traffic volumes with a focus on safety issues that affect travel along Stoughton Road.
