The 2024 Volk Field Fly-In and IFR/VFR seminars will be Saturday, October 5th. A rain date is set for Sunday October 6th, if needed.
Please join us at Volk Field Building 475 for free safety seminars with FAA WINGs credits. There will be tours of the Volk air traffic control facilities available. Breakfast and lunch will also be provided for a small fee. This is the only day of the year to land at KVOK and receive the Fly Wisconsin Passport Stamp!
Special documentation and registration is required to attend. Registration must be completed before October 1st.
- Driving to KVOK? Call (608) 853-1393 and provide all the following information for every person that will be in the vehicle:
Full Name (First/Full Middle/Last)
Date of Birth
Driver's License State
Driver's License Number
Company/Organization
Approximate Arrival Time
- Flying to KVOK? The PIC must email all the information above, for all passengers, and their cell phone number, preferred landing time and completed DD2402 Form to jessica.stogsdill.1@us.af.mil. There will be transportation provided from aircraft parking to building 475.
