Wisconsin's 30 County Forests manage over 2.4 million acres, focused on sustaining healthy and productive forests for future generations, while providing essential raw material to the State's forest products industry. The Wisconsin County Forests Association plate is available to anyone for an issuance fee of $15 and an annual tax-deductible donation fee of $25. By purchasing a Wisconsin County Forests Association license plate, your $25 donation goes to directly support the Wisconsin County Forests Association's work in the state. Personalized plates are available for an additional $15 every year. The plate will have a forest scene background with the Wisconsin County Forests Association logo on the left side.

- Automobiles
- Motor homes (annual registration only)
- Motor Trucks
- 4,500, 6,000, or 8,000 pounds gross weight including dual purpose farm and dual purpose motor home
- 12,000 pounds gross weight farm truck
When you request a Wisconsin County Forests Association license plate, you pay:
- $15 issuance fee or annual personalized plate fee, if requested
- $25 annual tax-deductible donation for Wisconsin County Forests Association license plate.
- The regular registration fee for your vehicle if your current plates expire within three months or you have no plates

How to apply
DMV service centers do
not issue Special or Personalized License Plates you must mail in your application.
To apply for Wisconsin County Forests Association plates by mail, please send the following items:
- If the vehicle you wish to register with the Wisconsin County Forests Association license plate is titled in your name, send:
- A copy of your certificate of registration or show the complete vehicle description on the

- The Certificate of Title assigned to you by the seller
- $15 issuance fee or $15 personalized plate fee
