The Wisconsin Department of Transportation Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) revoked the wholesale dealer licenses from the following Beaver Dam area wholesale dealers for failing to properly follow administrative requirements by failing to maintain a licensed business facility:
Horsemen Motors LLC, located at 1645 N Spring St. #210, Beaver Dam
Your Experience LLC, located at 1645 N Spring St. #210, Beaver Dam
On The Go Auto LLC, located at 822 Park Ave., Beaver Dam
The decision to revoke the above licenses was affirmed by hearing examiner decision on February 2, 2023. Dealers are given 30 days to appeal a revocation to the state Division of Hearing and Appeals. The dealers did not appeal and the decision was made final on March 4, 2023.
WisDOT’s Dealer and Agent Section licenses, regulates and resolves disputes about dealership sales and warranty repairs. It also investigates complaints about odometer tampering and title fraud involving dealerships and private sellers.
