In accordance with the Agricultural Roads Improvement Program (ARIP) guidelines, upon project award and following the receipt of a signed and executed State Municipal Agreement (SMA), local project sponsors are required to provide the advertising information for their project to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) seven (7) days prior to publishing.
This is done by entering let advertising information into the ARIPWeb platform at the same time the advertisement is sent to the newspaper, or by the Friday prior to the first week of the advertisement publishing.
WisDOT will export available advertising information routinely at the beginning of each week. The latest advertisement submissions will be reflected at the top of the report.
The list(s) of all advertising information will be made available below in both an Excel and PDF format and will provide an ongoing view of both current and closed bids.
