Carbon Reduction Program


The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law of 2021 (BIL) establishes a Carbon Reduction Program (CRP). This new federal program provides funding for projects that reduce transportation emissions and requires states to develop comprehensive carbon reduction strategies.​​

The Wisconsin Department of Transportati​on (Wis​DOT) has announ​ced the new State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2025-2028 Carbon Reduction Program solicitation, application materials are available bel​ow.
