Location
WIS 64 from 142nd Street outside of New Richmond in the town of Stanton east to US 63 South in the town of Cylon, all in St. Croix County.
Overview
WIS 64 is showing signs of deterioration. To address this, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation is proposing to:
- Remove a portion of the WIS 64 roadway surface and resurface the highway with new asphalt.
- Adjust or replace guardrail in certain locations.
- Clean culvert pipes.
- Seal joints on a box culvert east of County T.
Schedule
Construction currently is scheduled for 2024.
Traffic Impacts
During construction:
- WIS 64 will remain open to traffic, but motorists will encounter single-lane closures controlled by flagging.
