I-39/90/94 Bridge over Wisconsin River - Columbia County
The I-39/90/94 bridges over the Wisconsin River were constructed in 1961 and are nearing the end of their operational life. The bridges need to be rehabilitated or replaced. This project will evaluate options and identify the preferred solution for addressing the structural needs of the bridges to allow the Interstate to continue to serve existing and future traffic demands. The project will also include review of approximately 1.6 miles of the adjacent Interstate north of the bridge and approximately 1.9 miles of Interstate immediately south of the bridge.
