WIS 130 (Wisconsin River to US 14), Lone Rock - Richland County
Project overview
The purpose of project is to improve the pavement condition and upgrade curb ramp ramps to meet ADA requirements. The existing pavement is aged and deteriorated. The preferred alternative is to treat the pavement with an asphalt mill and overlay.
Schedule
- February/March 2022 - Public Involvement
- 2026 - Construction anticipated, advanceable to 2025 pending available funding.
Traffic impacts/detours
WIS 130 is anticipated to remain open to traffic during the majority of the project duration using flagging operations. Construction at the railroad crossing south of Commercial Street may close the highway for a week or more. A map of the proposed detour map may be found in the Public Involvement Presentation.
