WIS 131 (County A to Hiawatha Avenue), south of Tomah - Monroe County
Project overview
The project on WIS 131 will consist of a combination of a mill then a mill and relay of existing pavement followed by an asphalt overlay. A single lane concrete roundabout is proposed at the WIS 131 and County A intersection to improve safety. Additional improvements include guardrail replacement, spot culvert pipe replacement, gravel shoulders, centerline rumble strips, and new pavement markings.

- Winter/Spring 2025 - Public Involvement Meeting
- 2030 - Construction anticipated, advanceable to 2029 if funding is available.
Traffic impacts/detours
To be determined, a detour is possible if its determined the project cannot be constructed under traffic. Access to local properties will be maintained during construction.
