Public Abstract Request System (PARS)

PARS is a secure online service that allows authorized account holders to receive driver and/or vehicle record abstracts quickly and easily using the web.

Employer Notification within PARS is free to sign up and free to use. It provides notifications for any changes to an employee's driving record, and any changes/updates related to tier of operation changes and Fed Med card expiration.

  • The Department of Transportation partners with Tyler Technologies to provide the Public Abstract Request System (PARS) and has implemented a new payment process. The bank account information must be entered before abstracts can be requested. If not already set up, you will get an error message.

The ACH bank account information must be entered by a user designated with ACH authority for your organization. This person will have the option of 'Wallet Maintenance' on the PARS Main Menu screen. This information can be found on page 18 of the PARS User Guide. Users designated with the ACH role will also have access to history reports.
