Public Abstract Request System (PARS)

​PARS is a secure online service that allows authorized account holders to receive driver and/or vehicle record abstracts quickly and easily using the web.

Employer Notification within PARS is free to sign up and free to use. It provides notifications for any changes to an employee's driving record, and any changes/updates related to tier of operation changes and Fed Med card expiration.



​PARS is available through the DMV data portal provided by NIC Wisconsin (formerly Wisconsin Interactive Network).​​​​​​​ The State of Wisconsin and the Division of Motor Vehicles entered into an agreement with NIC Wisconsin to develop Wisconsin's new eGovernment website portal. PARS migrated to this website portal as of Nov. 1, 2013.
