The WCHA Board of Directors, at its meeting on 1/15/2020, approved the distribution of this manual to any Office Manager, Highway Commissioner, or other highway officials through the WCHA media. The revised version includes updates for 2022.
The document is primarily a WisDOT developed document which provides direction for proper accounting for invoicing and reimbursement from the State of Wisconsin.
