The Celebrate Children Foundation recognizes the critical importance of ensuring every child in Wisconsin grows up with safe, stable and nurturing relationships and environments. The Foundation works to support statewide efforts by the Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board to mobilize research and practice to prevent child maltreatment. Personalizing your Celebrate Children Foundation license plates is optional. Visit personalized Plate Search to find out if your choice for a personalized license plate is available. DOT may refuse to issue, or may recall after issuance, a request that may be offensive to good taste or decency, misleading or conflicts with any other license plate. Please allow an additional 4 weeks for delivery of a personalized plate.

DMV service centers do not issue Celebrate Children Foundation license plates.

Old designs no longer available

If you currently have either of the old Celebrate Children Foundation license plates you may continue to use them if the registration is valid and the plates are in good condition. If you wish to exchange them for the new design, complete form Replacement License Plate Information and Application MV2118 and mail it with $12 replacement plate fee. If your old Celebrate Children Foundation plates are illegible, please contact the Special Plates Unit for replacement information (see contact information below). Your replacement plates will have the new design.
