Announcing upcoming updates to ASP-3 (July 14, 2020):
- The updated ASP-3 will be included in proposals beginning with the October 2020 Let. A few highlights of the updates include:
- New requirements for submitting DBE documentation.
- Continued emphasis on Good Faith Effort activities undertaken prior to bid submission.
- The current DBE Replacement Policy will be replaced by the DBE Commitment Modification Policy.
- We will provide details in the coming weeks and announce several discussion (virtual) sessions in preparation for the October Letting that you are encouraged to attend. As we finalize details, we appreciate any help in spreading the word.
