• View available plans and proposals prior to November 2021. After this date, the files are available from each individual letting page.
  • Each let contract will have at least two pdf files:
    • One for the plan
    • And one for the proposal
• Larger projects may have several PDF files to make downloading easier and faster.
• There is no charge for accessing the plans and proposals online.

• CD
• Project information available via CD from the Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA).
  • View information about purchasing a CD containing project information from DOA.
  • Cost is $10.
  • The Department will not refund payments made for CDs.
