    Status Update on Application or Renewal Submitted

    Looking for an update on an application or IRP Renewal submission? Give us some details and we'll check on that for you.

    Credentials Paid but Not Received

    Have your IRP or IFTA credentials not shown up yet? Provide some information and we'll take a look and provide an update.

    The Motor Carrier Registration Unit now has a new self-help system for these requests. This system will allow you to send requests for status updates, special mailings and inquiries about missing credentials.

    By redirecting these requests through the new system, we can more efficiently handle the review and processing of applications, providing shorter turnaround times and more effectively tracking requests.

    If you have any future inquiries such as those listed above, please submit them through Motor Carrier Self Help. Effective December 1, 2026, we will no longer honor these requests when submitted outside of the new system. These are defined below.
