Motorcycle and moped license plates

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) issues various license plates to licensed motor vehicle industry businesses. All current design plates issued have the same plate number and do not have validation stickers. All green on antique gold will be replaced by June 2013 and are valid until time of renewal.

Antique motorcycle

Available for 1945 or older model motorcycles that have not been altered or modified from manufacturer’s original specifications.
