Hand delivery of bid proposals by bidders or delivery service is​ currently accepted by the Bureau of Aeronautics. Bidders will be directed by the Hill Farms security desk where the bids may be delivered. Receipt of hand delivered bids are only accepted by the department between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on the day of bid opening unless otherwise specified in the contract documents. Please carefully review the contract documents and/or addendum for detailed information or changes to acceptable bid delivery methods.

Bids may also be sent by US Postal service or shipping service to the address indicated in the contract documents.
